We are inspired by animals. The animals on this site are some of the animals who inspire us.

Coco found a loving family after moving from one foster home to another for several years. At first, she was extremely timid and would sit mostly in a corner by herself. Now, she is queen of her own castle and follows her mom whereever she goes. She loves being kissed anywhere on her head!

Dodger was rescued right off the street! He has found a loving home where he sleeps in his own queen-sized bed and plays with with his best friend Jonah. This little yogini does the best downward dog we've ever seen! He is really happy!

Our Mission
To rescue homeless, abused and otherwise abandoned pets; to provide health care for them, including spay and neuter; and to provide a home where they will find loving care and safety, whether until they get adopted or for a lifetime.

Abby Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) organization that seeks to provide a safe haven for homeless, abandoned and abused pets. They will receive proper nutrition, the best of medical care, comfortable living and sleeping areas, large indoor and outdoor areas to play, and most importantly, the love and care that they deserve. We are located in the Los Angeles area. We are currently raising money to obtain a property for the sanctuary, and until then, we shall rely on foster homes to rescue animals.

Jonah is the most loving and playful pooch. Just saying his name makes him wag his tail like crazy. And he's always gazing in his mommy's eyes. Just the slightest glance his way makes him jump up and down and kiss her! He's our little love bug!
